Buxus microphylla 'Compacta'

Buxus microphylla  ‘Compacta': The smallest of the dwarf boxwoods, ‘Compacta’ is a compact plant of tightly growing, small, curled leaves.  Originally known as ‘Kingsville Dwarf’, ‘Compacta’ is a popular choice for bonsai with it’s treelike branching.  It’s habit also makes it a popular choice for shady, rock gardens. Best results occur when grown in the shade to avoid bronzing.
